Almost everyone loves Star Wars but it takes a special kind of fan to accent their life with some type of their favorite movie memorabilia. Whether it is in the closet, in the kitchen, or in their bathroom, these Star Wars toys have every aspect of a real fan’s life covered, making the following the top 3 Star Wars toys of all time.

Darth Vader
The very first Star Wars toy loved by Star Wars fanatics is none other than the Darth Vader with the Telescoping Lightsaber, which was released in the market in 1978. Unfortunately, only well-off fans could have this Star Wars toy because of its market value of around $6,000. That is, if you can find one even.
The second on our list is the Vinyl Cape Jawa which was also released in the market in 1978. This Star Wars figure comes with a cape that Obi-Wan and the villain Darth Vader have and costs around $2,000.
Finally, the third top Star Wars toy of all time is none other than the Rocket Firing Boba Fett which was released in the market in 1980. Almost all Star Wars fans back in the day had one in their toy cabinet. (Although maybe not one of the J-slot Rocket Firing Boba Fett Prototypes…)
This Star Wars toy comes with a missile fired from the back. It is sold in the market for around $1,000 to $2,000. Because of the safety issue of the missile, the toy was re-released with the projectile missile permanently glued to its backpack.
Why are these toys considered as the top 3 Star Wars toys of all time? Well, it’s simply because with the current market value and since they were released in the market, these toys have not stopped catching the attention of any Star Wars lovers.
But what do you think? What are your picks for top 3 Star Wars toys of all time?

Jedi Royal Decoy Queen Amidala Action Figure
Okay, if there’s one good thing about the two consecutively disappointing prequels of Star Wars, it’s none other than uber-cool Star War toys that never failed to fancy the attention of those who have seen the film. Seeing the film, you might think that the Star War toys are mainly for boys but you are definitely wrong because even young girls can go gaga over the Star Wars toys. To give you an idea, here are the top Star Wars toys for girls.

Padme-Amidala-figure
The first on the list is the Star Wars Power of the Jedi Royal Decoy Queen Amidala Action Figure. Star Wars isn’t Star Wars without Queen Amidala and girl Star Wars fans are not true blooded fans without getting themselves a figure of Queen Amidala.
The second on the list is the Padme Amidala action figure which is based on Queen Amidala’s appearance in the Star Wars Attack of the Clones particularly on the scenes when Anakin meets Lars, Beru, Owen, and C-3PO on Tatooine. This figure is loved by girl Star Wars fans because it looks pretty good, especially its head sculpt that is very nicely done.
To complete the list of the top Star Wars toys for girls is the Princess Leia Toy with Blaster Rifle. Girls of all ages certainly could not forget about Princess Leia and because of this, they would surely love and memorabilia of her.
If your daughter or any young girl you know is a fan of Star Wars and you are not sure of which present to give her, stick with the Star Wars classic figures because Star Wars story may evolve but these female Star Wars characters will definitely be a constant part of the Star Wars toy family!

Christmas is fast approaching and you need to know what the top toys of 2009 for your 8 year old child are. The great thing about 8 year olds is that even though they are old enough to be disappointed when they don’t get what they asked for, they are young enough to enjoy the toys that are fun and entertaining.
For your 8 year old girl who is fast learning about fashion Barbie is still one of the top selling toys around. Not only is Barbie popular, but so are her friends. Your little girl will have hours of play dressing up both the male and female dolls, driving them around in their Barbie car or jeep, and interacting with the various career play sets available.

LEGO Star Wars Anakin's Fighter
Your 8 year old boy is going to be bowled over with any of the current Transformer action figures, as well as the Star Wars toys. They will have hours of imaginative fun fighting battles in the air, over the seas and on land. There is no stopping the creativity your 8 year old will exhibit while re-enacting the scenes he’s watched on the television and in the movies. LEGO Star Wars Anakin’s Fighter is said to be one of the most wished for Star Wars items this year. Your child may be different, though!
While being creative with their imagination is important for your 8 year olds, there are educational toys that are just as much fun. You may have a hard time keeping your child off of the computer, but with the multitude of educational software available you can direct them towards PC video games that enhance their scholastic experience. So don’t forget to check these items out and add them to your Christmas list.

Do you remember the Original Star Wars hit movie from 1977? This movie has become a cult hit that has lasted over 30 years. Just like most hit movies, there were some great toys and action figures created to perpetuate the Star Wars phenomena. You may be expecting to see the top Star Wars toys from the series of movies made after the original. Not today.
These are time tested and much desired toys that can still be found through collectors, Amazon.com, ebay.com and various other outlets. While these are the original toys, you can still find similar toys branded with the Star Wars name, such as those made by Lego.
Millennium Falcon – The ultimate toy, the Millennium Falcon lasted through all three movies and is tops on the list of all-things Star Wars to have.
The AT-AT all-terrain armored transport was so popular that children wished they could join the Empire and attack the rebels in it.

Oh no!
The Ewok Village was a sought after toy with many moving parts, including an elevator, a rock swing, a ‘throne’ for C-3PO, a net to capture people, and a fire to hang Han over. (Many years later, this toy was reintroduced for the Kevin Costner film Robinhood: Prince of Thieves)
The X-wing fighter was and still is, a must have for every child building up their Star Wars collection. Most impressive is if you can get it with the orange-uniformed and helmeted Luke. Kids have, and will spend many hours racing this through the Death Star and blowing it up.
